COVID-19 has brought unprecedented changes for all and expectedly, to our business operations. As we excitedly welcome you back, we continue to prioritise the health and safety of our team and community; putting in place health and safety measures to mitigate the spread. This includes limiting the use of our space to priority services like banking and co-working.

In compliance with State regulations, our hours and a few other things have also been altered to serve you safely. Across board, we will continue adapting our service and leveraging technology to utilise new and exciting media to connect with you, fulfill your banking needs and fuel your coffee addiction.

While things may look and feel slightly different in-store, here is our promise: the distance will only be spatial. Our commitment to maintaining our excellence and warmth in service delivery remains unchanged. We will still go the extra mile toward serving you and creating new and positive experiences for you. Together, we will come into this new normal, and make it work.

In navigating these changes, we imagine you may have some concerns. To this, we have created a guide to answer some of your Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), as they pertain to Café One and our services. We may not have captured every question nor anticipated every possible situation. Where the answer you seek is unavailable, please reach out to our team.
